that’s just wrong. I don’t understand how Converse could have ever gone (or begun to go) bankrupt at any time since everyone and their mom wears ’em. but then I guess those things don’t make a whole lot of sense anyway. it looks like I’ll need to get some more as well (and looking at my current pair, yup)…the second best shoes in the world…

My mom does not wear them. Neither does my dad for that matter. I dunno if I remember the number correctly, but I vaguely remember reading that all stars accounted for something like 30% of their business, which is a lot.
