I’m over Flickr. They haven’t released anything exciting in a long time and small companies are out-innovating them in a big way. Such a sad fall from grace. I have several year’s worth of photos on Flickr, all of which I recently downloaded before my Pro subscription lapsed. With Picplz getting spun off (I liked the app, but I’m not hopeful), what are people using as a real alternative to Flickr, which clearly is going down. Picasa isn’t social enough, but I do use it. I really liked what I saw on 500px.com and it seemed like an active community, though the lack of integration with apps like Instapaper is a problem for me. Anyone else using something different these days?
